Then it all turned sour, they refused to do physical therapy with her, they refused to ambulate her, and they moved her call button away from her due to her requesting help. They would take and break her belongings as well as ignoring her requests for help. They also over medicated her, as well as not keeping up with her hygiene. Due to their carelessness and her being slumped over constantly, it collapsed her left lung. After not hearing from my mother for a couple days, we called them and they wouldn’t give us information on my mother.
